Tom Castro
Mr. Castro has a twenty five year career in building, leading and investing in companies focused on the Hispanic consumer market.  Mr. Castro built and successfully divested three Spanish language radio platforms in the southwest US.  His last radio platform, BMP Radio, grew to be the second largest Spanish language radio broadcaster in the US.  Mr. Castro is active nationally in Hispanic affairs and is the Founding Chairman of New America Alliance and a board member of National Council of La Raza, among other leadership roles.  Mr. Castro is a board member of Time Warner Cable (NYSE: TWC) and on the CEO’s Advisory Counsel for Wal-Mart (NYSE: WMT).  Mr. Castro holds a BA from Harvard College.  Mr. Castro is a native of Los Angeles, California.

Cherrill Farnsworth
Ms. Farnsworth is President and Chief Executive Officer of HealthHelp, a leading radiology benefit management company. HealthHelp is Ms. Farnsworth's sixth entrepreneurial venture, most of which have been in health care or other government regulated industries and is the fourth of Ms. Farnsworth's companies named in Inc.'s list of the 500 fastest growing private companies in the United States for 2000. She is also the founding executive director of the National Coalition for Quality Diagnostic Imaging Services (NCQDIS), a highly successful grassroots political action committee focused on preserving Medicare reimbursement for radiology's technical component in Washington, and a member of the board of directors of the American Association of PPOs (AAPPO). Ms. Farnsworth is a regular speaker at business and health care symposia and is considered a national expert on changing health care regulations.

Javier Goizueta
Mr. Goizueta is Vice-President, The Coca-Cola Company, Global and Latin America Non-Carbonated Beverages-Operations and Commercialization. He is in their corporate organization. Prior to joining The Coca-Cola Company in September, 2001, Mr. Goizueta spent 20 years with Procter & Gamble in the commercial-customer development areas, 10 years in the United States and 10 years in their International Operation-Latin America.

Jeff Klein
Mr. Klein joined the PAGF team in 2010 and is an Operating Partner and an Industry Advisory Board Member.  Mr. Klein has a thirty year career making privately negotiated investments in and financing private and public companies in the United States, Latin America and Asia.  Mr. Klein has been a Managing Director for fourteen years with Equity Group Investments (EGI), Sam Zell’s private investment firm, where he has been instrumental in developing and implementing growth strategies and has led preparation for successful stock exchange listings at various portfolio companies in the United States, Mexico and Brazil.  Prior to joining EGI, Mr. Klein was a senior banker with Citibank and Mellon Bank in North America. Mr. Klein is a current and former board member of numerous public and  private companies, including McCormick & Schmick’s Seafood Restaurants, Inc. (Nasdaq: MSSR), Capital Markets Engineering & Trading and Industrias Innopack, S.A. de C.V.   Mr. Klein holds a BSBA in Finance from Georgetown University.  Mr. Klein is a native of Cleveland and resides in Chicago.
 
Stephen Klineberg
Dr. Klineberg is a Professor of Sociology at Rice University. He is a graduate of Haverford College near Philadelphia and received an M.A. in Psychopathology from the University of Paris and a Ph.D. in Social Psychology from Harvard.  After teaching at Princeton, he joined Rice University's Sociology Department in 1972. In March 1982, he initiated the annual Houston Area Survey, a systematic series of telephone interviews with representative samples of Harris County residents.  Supported by a consortium of local foundations, corporations and individuals, the surveys have been expanded in recent years to include much larger numbers of Anglos, African-Americans, Hispanics, and Asians. The recipient of eight major teaching awards at Rice, Professor Klineberg has written numerous journal articles and publishes a continually updated series of reports on the survey findings.

Walter Pye
Mr. Pye is CEO of The Pinto Ranch Retail, a specialty western apparel store.  He is an experienced merchandiser and buyer, having served as CEO for his family’s sixty-year-old retail chain before it was acquired by Men’s Warehouse. He has a national reputation as a superior merchant and businessman assisting with turnaround management and inventory augmentation.

John Reuter
Mr. Reuter is an experienced operator of businesses focused on the Hispanic market.  Previously, Mr. Reuter was SVP and General Manager of Time Warner, Inc.  Mr. Reuter is the former CEO of Grupo Editorial Expansion, the leading business and entertainment magazine publisher in Mexico, and led the sale of Expansion to Time Warner in August 2005, having grown the company’s revenues and profits in excess of 400% in five years.  Prior to Expansion, Mr. Reuter headed Strategic Planning for Latin America for Time Inc. in New York and served as an Account Director at Leo Burnett Advertising in Mexico City.

John Wallace
Mr. Wallace is a Director with Pinto Realty Partners.  Previously, Mr. Wallace was CEO and co-founder of Latin American Realty Holdings LLC, a development company in Mexico that focuses on strip center and build to suit development opportunities for growth companies.  Prior to LARH, he was Chief Development Officer and investor in Waldo’s Dollar Mart, which currently operates 150 single price point dollar stores throughout Mexico.  From 1990-1994 was responsible for opening and managing 106 Blockbuster Video superstores in Mexico and currently holds the franchise rights for Blockbuster Video along the Texas/Mexico border between Brownsville to Laredo.

Ed Wulfe
Mr. Wulfe is Founder and President of Wulfe & Company, a Houston-based commercial retail real estate brokerage, development and property management firm.  Prior to launching Wulfe & Co., Mr. Wulfe was Executive Vice President at Weingarten Realty Investors. He has more than 41 years of experience in all aspects of shopping centers, commercial properties, community redevelopment and civic leadership.  Mr. Wulfe's innovative Meyerland and Gulfgate redevelopment and revitalization projects generated two Landmark Awards and two Legacy Awards.
